Our customers frequently ask us to move their existing furniture or perform other tasks for them while the crew is on-site. Bring 'n Build is primarily a delivery company, however in order to provide our assembly services in conjunction with delivery we are insured to perform certain activities at your home or office.

This page will provide you with information regarding what services we can and cannot perform for you while we are on your site. Our available services are currently limited to the following list:

• Furniture Assembly
• Furniture Disassembly
• Moving furniture around within your home, office, or property.

It is normally no problem for our crews to move an existing piece of furniture to the side when we are delivering a replacement. However when you need us to do things like arrange your existing furniture in another room or move it outside your home or office for someone to pick up later, there are additional charges which will apply.

While we make every attempt to accomodate these requests, our crews are scheduled on a route and in some cases may not be able to provide you with the help you need if you wait until they arrive to make your request.

We hope you understand that we normally have other customers waiting on our route, and they are important to us also.

If you know in advance that you will need several pieces of furniture moved at your location and notify us when you make your order we will be able to plan these services into our route, ensuring that we have time to provide you with the help you need in a careful, unhurried fashion.

If you do not want to wait for someone to pick up your old furniture, or aren't sure how to dispose of it, we can normally remove it for you.

At this time, we are not providing general moving services to the public. We will be glad to help you move your large items onto or off of a truck at your site if that is what you need.

Many people find it economical to move the majority of their belongings themselves and call us in for the pieces they are unable to load or move alone. If you have a small truck or SUV, having us deliver a few large pieces may be a good solution for you.

Here are some things to remember while considering our services for your move:

• We can not pack or crate your belongings for shipment. We will only deliver or move large items and pre-packed goods.
• In any case where we are asked to move a box or boxes, each box will be treated as a single piece, and the cost will be calculated according to our per-piece rates
• We cannot accept any liability for the contents or your boxes or any damage due to inadequate or incorrect packaging of your belongings
• As long of all of the work is done at the same home or office location (site) the furniture moving rates listed on our Rate Chart will apply.
• If you want us to both load and unload your furnishings for you, please review our Delivery Services page and consider your job using our delivery rates.
• If you want us to both load and unload furnishings or other items which you will be transporting, our minimum service charge will be applied at each location.
